Regulations on the Management of Student Associations of Chengdu Shishi Tianfu Middle School, Sichuan Province

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 Student associations in our school are mass organizations organized by students with the same interests and hobbies on a voluntary basis under the specific guidance of the school's Student Association Federation.

Article 2 Student associations must adhere to the four basic principles, maintain the correct political direction, implement the school's training objectives, focus on the construction of school spirit and study style, take promoting the construction of spiritual civilization in our school as the activity purpose, and take cultivating students' self-management, self-education, and ability training as the guiding ideology to carry out beneficial activities such as science and technology, culture, art, sports, and social practice.

Article 3 Student associations must obey the leadership and management of the school, must operate within the Constitution, laws, and school rules and regulations, and must not engage in other activities unrelated to the purpose of the association.

Article 4 Groups that are cross-school, cross-region, and social-oriented do not belong to student associations. Students who apply to establish such social groups shall follow the provisions of the "Regulations on the Management of Social Groups" promulgated by China's Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the school has no right to accept such applications.

Chapter II Establishment of Associations

Article 5 To establish an association, students must submit a written application including preparatory personnel and preparatory situation to the school's Student Association Federation, and submit the association's constitution.

Article 6 After review by the school's Student Association Federation, it shall be reported to the relevant departments of the school for approval. After obtaining the school's consent, it shall register with the school's Student Association Federation, publicize its establishment, recruit members from all students in the school at the specified time and place, and report the list of members to the Student Association Federation.

Article 7 After the association leaders are elected, they shall be filed with the Moral Education Office and the school's Student Association Federation, and managed as school student cadres. The director shall be issued a letter of appointment by the school's Student Association Federation.

Article 8 Any association established without approval shall be regarded as an illegal organization.

Chapter III Association Activities

Article 9 Each association shall carry out various activities in accordance with its constitution, but any activity shall not affect the normal teaching order.

Article 10 The activities of each association must ensure that each member enjoys legitimate rights and interests. Relevant skills training shall be organized regularly every semester to improve the quality and professional level of members.

Article 11 Before an association activity, a written application must be submitted to the school's Student Association Federation, stating the purpose, significance, time, place, scale, scope, budget and other information of the activity. The activity can only be carried out after approval. Otherwise, the school will not support the funds and will investigate the responsibility of the association leader.

Article 12 Student associations must obtain school approval when inviting external personnel to conduct social, political, and academic activities.

Article 13 Student associations and individuals must obtain school approval when establishing publications for internal use. Establishing publications for external use must obtain approval from the government's competent department. Illegal activities and the publication of illegal publications are prohibited.

Article 14 No association may engage in profit-making activities.

Article 15 To carry out activities for external use or joint activities with external organizations, school approval must be obtained.

Chapter IV Association Management

Article 16 All associations are uniformly managed by the Student Association Federation of Chengdu Shishi Tianfu Middle School.

Article 17 The specific management work of each association shall be responsible by the association council. The association council shall be composed of 3-7 members (including 1 director, 1-2 deputy directors, and 3-4 member representatives). The director is responsible.

Article 18 All students of the school may apply to join each association. The Student Association Federation organizes a unified recruitment conference every year to recruit new members.

Article 19 New members shall fill in the Chengdu Shishi Tianfu Middle School Association Member Registration Form and apply for a membership card. The membership cards of each association are uniformly handled by the Student Association Federation.

Article 20 The activity venues of student associations shall be solved by a combination of the association's own solution and school coordination. Public property shall be cherished during use, relevant school regulations shall be observed, and compensation shall be made at the current price for damaged public property.

Article 21 When student associations hire internal and external instructors, they must report to the school for approval. After obtaining consent from the teacher's unit and department, the school will issue a letter of appointment to formally carry out guidance work.

Article 22 The use of student association funds must comply with the "Management Measures for Association Funds of Chengdu Shishi Tianfu Middle School".

Article 23 Each association must apply for registration with the school's Student Association Federation once a school year, and submit the actual member list and property list of the association to the Student Association Federation. After each general election, the list of association leaders shall also be reported to the Student Association Federation.

Article 24 When an association no longer meets the conditions for existence due to personnel and other reasons, it may apply for suspension after being approved by the council, and its materials shall be transferred to the Student Association Federation. When conditions are met, it may be reorganized with the help of the Student Association Federation.

Chapter V Reward and Punishment System

Article 25 The Student Association Federation shall conduct a rating of Class A associations every year. For the rating method, please refer to the "Regulations on the Evaluation of Class A Associations of Chengdu Shishi Tianfu Middle School".

Article 26 The school's Student Association Federation has the right to cancel the registration of student associations that are disorganized and ineffective, and investigate the responsibility of the members who are mainly responsible.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 27 These regulations shall come into force from the date of promulgation.

Article 28 The right of interpretation belongs to the Student Association Federation of Chengdu Shishi Tianfu Middle School.
