I. Campus Management Regulations

  1. When the preparation bell rings, students immediately enter the classroom, prepare for class, and sit quietly in their seats.

  2. After the class bell rings, the duty student gives the order "Stand up", all students stand up, bow to the teacher and say in unison: "Hello, teacher"; the teacher returns the salute and says "Hello, students, please sit down", then all students sit down for class.

  3. Late students wait quietly at the door, and can enter the classroom only after the teacher allows. They must explain the reason for being late to the teacher after class.

  4. In class, students are required to sit upright, listen carefully, think actively, take good notes, and complete assignments as required. Do not do or think about things unrelated to the lesson, and do not bring audio-visual equipment such as walkmans and charging supplies into the classroom. Raise your hand if you have a question, and speak after the teacher allows. When answering the teacher's question, stand up and stand straight, with clear voice. After answering the question, sit down only after the teacher allows. When handing items to the teacher or receiving items from the teacher, stand upright and use both hands.

  5. When going to the laboratory, music classroom, art classroom, computer room and other special classrooms, students must sit according to the designated seats and must not change seats without permission. Do not touch instruments, equipment, drugs, musical instruments, art exhibits, etc. without permission. If damaged or lost, compensation shall be made according to regulations. Those who deliberately damage shall be given disciplinary action (see "Disciplinary Measures for Violation of Rules").

  6. Keep the classroom quiet during self-study classes, study carefully, do not talk, and do not leave seats or the classroom. Evening self-study must be conducted in the designated classroom seats.

  7. Wear sports clothes and sports shoes for PE class, and carry out activities arranged by the teacher in the area designated by the teacher.

  8. Class ends according to the school bell. Without the school's consent, class cannot be ended early. After the class bell rings, let the teacher leave the classroom first, or students can leave the classroom only after the teacher signals them to go first.

  9. Maintain hygiene inside and outside the classroom, do not bring meals or snacks into the classroom, and do not eat fruits or drink beverages during class. Do not spit, throw paper scraps, play with chalk, or write and draw on the blackboard at will.

  10. Duty students clean the blackboard before class, assist the teacher in preparing teaching aids, and turn off lights, fans and other electrical appliances, and close doors and windows after school.

II. Swimming Class Management Measures

  1. Swimming classes are arranged in mid-May every year. One week before the swimming class, the PE teacher in charge conducts swimming mobilization for students, teaches swimming knowledge, puts forward swimming requirements, and studies relevant regulations.

  2. PE teachers of each grade contact the head teachers of each class. The head teachers of each class are responsible for supervising students and asking parents to fill in the "Reply Form for Swimming Class of Chengdu Shishi Tianfu Middle School". All reply forms must be collected and managed by a dedicated person. Students who are not suitable for swimming due to illness can skip swimming class.

  3. The PE committee member or other class cadres are responsible for dividing the list of students who participate in swimming classes and those who do not participate into two copies. Keep one copy for attendance, give the list of students who participate in swimming classes to the PE teacher in charge, and give the list of students who do not participate in swimming classes to the grade on-duty teacher or the head teacher of each class.

  4. The head teacher of each class checks the number of students in the classroom ten minutes before class. Students who do not take swimming class stay in the classroom for self-study, and students who take swimming class gather in groups at the designated place to carry out various preparation activities for swimming class.

  5. Grade groups and head teachers should strengthen the management of students who do not take swimming classes. Each class should designate responsible cadres, and each grade should arrange on-duty teachers to be responsible for self-study discipline when students of the grade are taking swimming classes.

  6. Students who do not participate in swimming classes must study in their own class and must not leave the classroom without permission.

  7. During class, PE teachers should strengthen inspection and guidance, and must not leave the swimming pool.

  8. Before swimming class, PE teachers uniformly organize students to do full warm-up activities. The PE committee member checks the number of students when they do warm-up activities, and must report to the PE teacher in time after warm-up activities.

  9. When entering the swimming pool, PE teachers and PE committee members of each class check the number of students again, and fill in relevant forms truthfully.

  10. Swimming students must consciously abide by the swimming pool management regulations, master safety and health knowledge, and improve self-protection awareness.

  11. Students suffering from heart disease, hypoglycemia, hypertension, skin disease, tuberculosis, mental illness, epilepsy and other diseases that cannot swim are prohibited from swimming. If students conceal their illness or do not meet relevant regulations, they shall be responsible for any accidents.

  12. Before entering the venue, please put your clothes in the locker (valuable items are prohibited).

  13. Swimmers must consciously abide by relevant hygiene regulations: take a shower before entering the pool, then enter the venue through the disinfection pool; prohibit bringing food and drinks into the venue; prohibit urinating, spitting, scrubbing dirt, and throwing debris in the pool.

  14. Do full warm-up activities before entering the water, and exercise in the water according to your ability.

  15. Pay attention to water safety, non-swimmers please bring swimming rings into the water consciously; anyone who feels unwell in the water should immediately get out of the pool or call for help.

  16. Carry forward the spirit of mutual help, and actively rescue or report to rescuers when discovering dangerous situations.

  17. Diving and playing are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool. Students must consciously abide by relevant regulations in the venue and cooperate with staff to do a good job in management.

  18. Get out of the water five minutes in advance for each class to ensure that the next class can enter the pool on time. When leaving the pool after class, the teacher in charge checks the number of students and signs for confirmation.

  19. Students participating in swimming classes must not leave early, and must ask the PE teacher for leave in special circumstances.

  20. Students who are allowed to leave the swimming pool early due to special circumstances must return to the class for self-study, and must not wander around the campus.

  21. During the exercise period, students of our school are not allowed to enter the pool to swim.

  22. Students are welcome to supervise the swimming safety work, and report any unsafe factors to teachers and the school in time.

  23. Students who violate discipline shall be given a notice of criticism or disciplinary action according to the severity of the circumstances.

  24. Other matters not covered herein shall be supplemented by the teacher in charge.

III. Student Attendance System

  1. Abide by school rules and arrive at school on time. Students who fail to attend school and fail to perform leave procedures or whose leave is not approved shall be treated as absent from class.

  2. The following courses and activities are within the scope of attendance: required courses, elective courses, second classroom activities, morning reading, evening self-study, activity courses, layered promotion, and other educational activities and social practice activities.

  3. After the preparation bell rings, immediately enter the designated learning or activity place (classroom, laboratory, computer room, language lab, sports field, etc.). Students who enter the designated learning or activity place ten minutes after the class bell rings, or leave the designated place without permission before the end of educational and teaching activities, shall be treated as absent from class.

  4. Leave application must have a hospital certificate or parent certificate (implemented according to Article 8 of this system). Those who are unable to perform leave procedures before leaving school shall complete the leave procedures with relevant certificates on the day of returning to school. The missed classes without performing procedures shall be treated as absent from class.

  5. Students who cannot take PE classes or exercise classes for a long time due to illness must hold a hospital certificate to the medical office to apply for exemption from these two classes. Students should submit an application for exemption from "two classes" to the Teaching Office with the exemption certificate in the first week of school. They can be exempted only after the Teaching Office approves, otherwise they will be treated as absent from class. PE class clothing must meet the requirements. Those who do not dress as required shall be treated as absent from class. For students who cannot take PE classes temporarily due to special circumstances, they should submit a leave application by themselves, and after the head teacher approves, hand it to the PE teacher for record, otherwise they will be treated as absent from class.

  6. Those who do not participate in inter-class exercises, eye exercises, cleaning (including cleaning), collective activities organized by the school and class without reason shall be treated as absent from class.

  7. Students who are unable to continue studying due to illness for more than three months can apply for one-year suspension with a municipal or higher hospital certificate (the application must be signed by parents or other legal guardians). Suspension can be granted only after the school agrees. After the suspension period expires, students should go to the Teaching Office to go through the resumption procedures with a municipal or higher hospital certificate. If the hospital examination shows that they are not fully recovered and unsuitable for resumption, they can retain their student status and continue to suspend for one year.

  8. For sick or personal leave, students should fill in the school's unified leave slip at the head teacher, and after the head teacher approves, go to the Moral Education Office to seal, then they can go out.

IV. Sports Field Management Regulations

  1. When entering the sports field, please wear sports shoes. It is strictly prohibited to enter the sports field with leather shoes, hard-soled shoes, high-heeled shoes and other shoes that are easy to damage the plastic lawn. The use of running shoes must be checked and approved by PE teachers before entering.

  2. Please keep the field clean and hygienic, and do not spit gum, throw garbage and other debris.

  3. Without the school's permission, playing football in the sports field is prohibited. Without professional teacher's guidance, do not engage in sports with strong skills such as horizontal bar, parallel bar, and vaulting horse.

  4. Please take good care of the sports facilities in the field. For safety, please use sports equipment and facilities correctly under the guidance of PE teachers. If damaged, compensation shall be made according to regulations.

  5. The sports field is only used for physical education, sports team training, extracurricular sports activities and collective activities. Do not rest or play in the sports field, and pedestrians are not allowed to cross the sports field. Smoking and riding bicycles are strictly prohibited in the field.

  6. It is strictly prohibited to climb or hang on basketball racks (rings), and do not move basketball racks, volleyball racks, badminton racks at will. It is prohibited to climb over, sit on or shake the railings of the stands, etc. It is strictly prohibited to eat in the field to prevent oil and other chemical substances from corroding the plastic.

  7. Large sports equipment shall be carefully inspected and maintained regularly every month; anti-rust painting shall be done every year before the start of school.

  8. During the maintenance period of the sports field (when the fence is closed), it is strictly prohibited to enter the field.

  9. In case of emergencies in the sports field, handle them strictly according to the emergency plan formulated by the school.

  10. Without the school's permission, sports activities are not allowed in the sports field during the following periods:

    • Morning: 07:10—07:55
    • Noon: 12:50—14:15
    • Evening: 18:30—06:30 the next day

V. Management Measures for Students Entering and Leaving School

In order to maintain the normal educational and teaching order of the school, the following management measures are formulated.

  1. The school implements closed management during class hours, and boarding students implement full closed management. Non-boarding students can leave the school only after evening self-study. Students are not allowed to leave the school without permission.

  2. Boarding students who go home on holidays can go through relevant procedures with the consent of their parents according to their own situation, and enter and leave the school with relevant procedures.

  3. For boarding students who need to be supervised on holidays, they are not allowed to ask for leave to go out for any reason except when their parents come to pick them up in person.

  4. Students who violate the above regulations and enter or leave the school by abnormal means will be given disciplinary action by the school. For serious violations such as climbing over the door, climbing over the wall, borrowing school cards, making unreasonable troubles, insulting staff, the punishment will be increased by one to two grades. All injury accidents caused by students' violation of rules by climbing over the door or wall shall be borne by the students themselves. If students go out without leave, any accidents that occur shall be borne by the students themselves.

VI. Compensation Measures for Damage to School Property

  1. Cherishing public property is a manifestation of every citizen's noble character, and cherishing school property is the obligation of every student.

  2. If school property is damaged due to improper use or cannot be used normally without being damaged, the responsible person shall bear the responsibility of compensation or repair. Those who deliberately damage school property shall be given disciplinary action in addition to bearing the compensation responsibility.

  3. Identification of responsible persons: (1) Personnel who directly damage the property; (2) If the direct responsible person cannot be determined, the personnel who directly use the property shall bear the compensation responsibility. For property used by multiple people together, all personnel who cannot provide convincing evidence to prove that they are not related to the damage to the property shall jointly bear the compensation responsibility; (3) If student cadres cause damage to property in the process of performing their duties, the objects they serve shall bear the compensation responsibility. If the cadres have serious management mistakes and serious improper use, they shall bear heavier responsibility.

  4. Compensation procedures: (1) After the property is damaged, the responsible person immediately reports to the department that is responsible for managing the property. If the management department cannot be determined, it can report to the head teacher and the student office. (2) The management department reports the damage to the logistics office, which determines the compensation standard according to the damage situation and delivers the notice of the proposed compensation amount to the responsible person. (3) After the responsible person receives the compensation notice and signs for confirmation, he/she shall hand over the compensation to the school finance office, and then send the payment slip to the school property office for registration, requesting the property office to send someone for repair. (4) Supervise the repair situation. If timely repair cannot be carried out, you can report directly to the principal.
