The weekly duty class is an important force in the school's regular management. The monitor responsibility system is adopted, and all students in the weekly duty class will be assigned to various posts for weekly duty work. Under the guidance of the duty teacher and the management of the Student Union, the weekly duty class undertakes the following work.
Assist the Sports Department in counting the number of latecomers to the inter-class exercises and maintaining the order of the running exercises. Two students are required to be assigned to each of the three entrances of the playground to count late students and maintain the order of running.
Maintain the order of the canteen and check the cleanliness of the dining tables (requiring the wearing of weekly duty signs). Assign 3-4 people to each of the first floors to supervise the phenomenon of jumping the queue to buy food, and check the hygiene of the dining tables and the random littering at the entrance of the canteen.
Campus civilization supervision (requiring the wearing of signs)
Sanitation supervision (3-4 people) Responsible for supervising whether there is garbage in public areas on campus (such as basketball courts, football fields, supermarkets, canteens, etc.), timely reminding students who litter to pick up the garbage and put it in the trash can, and timely cleaning the garbage in public areas. (Check every morning, before noon class and before evening self-study).
Discipline supervision (1) Responsible for patrolling the corridors during breaks. Required to stand guard, take the initiative to greet teachers, timely handle emergencies, and timely dissuade students who violate school area management (playing basketball in the teaching area, swearing, littering, etc.). During the inter-class exercises, check whether each class turns off the lights in the classroom and gets up to watch the seats, and make good records. (2) Responsible for checking whether there are any phenomena of playing basketball on the basketball court or football on the football field after the start of the lunch break. Select 3-4 people to stand guard at the basketball court and football field from 12:55 to 13:05 at noon.
Routine tasks to be completed
The weekly duty class selects 2 people to serve as members of the national flag guard, responsible for raising (before morning self-study) and lowering (before evening self-study) the national flag every day.
Select 8 students (or arrange students in rotation) to line up neatly at the school gate at 7:15 every morning to welcome teachers and students.
Complete other tasks assigned by the school. The monitor goes to the Moral Education Office every morning to ask for instructions.
The weekly duty class should submit the weekly duty summary to the Moral Education Office on Sunday evening, and select excellent students to make a summary at the flag-raising ceremony.
Assessment of the work of the weekly duty class
The work of the weekly duty class is directly responsible for and arranged by the Discipline Inspection Department of the Student Union, and guided by the duty teacher.
The weekly duty signs are properly kept by the monitor and distributed to the duty students in rotation, and must not be lost.
