Hygiene Inspection Scoring Standards of Chengdu Shishi Tianfu Middle School, Sichuan Province

I. Daily Indoor Hygiene Requirements and Scoring

1. Division of Indoor and Outdoor Hygiene Areas Each class's classroom interior, balcony, and the corridor in front of their classroom, as well as the windowsill, window edges, and skirting boards on the corridor side of their classroom

2. Hygiene Requirements (1) The floor is clean and free of dust and sputum stains (2) The floor is free of paper scraps, fruit peels, and other garbage (3) Students' desks and chairs are neatly arranged (4) The podium is clean and free of clutter (5) The blackboard is clean and free of marks (6) No chalk dust in the blackboard trough (7) No dust on the electric fan switches (8) Cleaning tools are neatly arranged (placed on the balcony) (9) The front and rear doors of the classroom, and the aluminum alloy doors are clean inside and out, without graffiti marks or posting traces (10) No dust on window sills and window edges (11) Glass is bright and free of marks (12) Garbage is thoroughly disposed of (13) The balcony is clean without standing water, and the tiles are clean (14) The sink is clean and free of dirt (15) The indoor skirting tiles are clean (16) The surface of electrical cabinets is clean and free of marks (17) The corridor outside the class classroom is clean (18) The walls inside the classroom are free of stains

3. Cleaning Time: (Jiaozi Campus) Every morning before morning reading and after school in the afternoon. Midway cleaning is required. (Jinchenghu Campus): Every day during lunchtime, dinner time, and after evening self-study, midway cleaning is required.

4. Scoring Standards: (Jiaozi Campus) Total score is 100 points. 5 points will be deducted for each unqualified requirement, and 60 points will be deducted if no cleaning is done on the day. (Jinchenghu Campus): Total score is 10 points per week, 0.1 points will be deducted for each unqualified requirement, 2 points will be deducted if no cleaning is done on the day, and scores are accumulated weekly.

5. Inspection Time: Every morning from 07:00 to 07:50. Every noon, Grade 7 and 8 from 12:40 to 12:50, Grade 9 from 12:50 to 13:00. Every evening, Grade 7 and 8 from 18:20 to 18:30, Grade 9 from 18:40 to 18:50.

II. Hygiene Requirements and Scoring for General Cleaning of Classrooms

1. In addition to the daily hygiene requirements, the following must also be done (1) No spider webs on the walls (2) No clutter in students' desk drawers (3) Desks, chairs, and cabinets are clean (4) The interior of the podium is tidy (5) No dust on lamp shades and fans

2. Scoring Standards: (Jiaozi Campus) Total score is 100 points, 5 points will be deducted for each unqualified requirement. (Jinchenghu Campus) Total score is 10 points, 0.1 points will be deducted for each unqualified requirement

3. General Cleaning Time: (Jiaozi Campus) Every Friday afternoon during the fourth class. (Jinchenghu Campus) Every Friday afternoon during the big break for Grade 7 and 8, and during the physical exercise time for Grade 9 every Friday afternoon

4. Inspection Time: (Jiaozi Campus) Starts at 5:30 PM on the same day (jointly organized by the Moral Education Office and the Student Union Life Department for inspection and scoring). (Jinchenghu Campus) Starts at 18:20 PM on the same day (jointly organized by the Student Development Center and the Student Labor and Health Department for inspection and scoring)
