Student Reward Regulations

Chapter I General Provisions

In order to comprehensively implement the educational policy, promote the overall improvement of our students' quality, and affirm and encourage the excellent qualities and good behavior habits of students from multiple levels and angles, so as to promote the comprehensive development of our students' quality, this regulation is specially formulated.

According to the requirements of the regulations, the school will commend students and classes who have won the honors of "Three Good Students", "Excellent Student Cadres", "Active分子 for Creating Three Goods", "Single Item Pacemakers", "Civilized Classes" and "Excellent Class Collectives"; it will also select individuals and collectives with outstanding performance in activities such as "Art Festival", "Elective Courses", "Track and Field Games", "Volleyball Activity Month", "Science and Technology Activity Month" and social practice (such as military training) of each grade, and timely give rewards.

Students should actively participate in the activities of evaluating and creating excellence, promote their own knowledge, ability and comprehensive development, and at the same time create a positive growth atmosphere and form a good educational environment.

Chapter II Selection Conditions for Advanced Individuals

1. Selection Conditions for "Three Good Students"

(1) Good Ideological and Moral Character

  1. Have a correct political direction, support the party's principles and policies, care about national affairs, and pay attention to learning current affairs. The political course grade is excellent, and theory is connected with practice.
  2. Love the collective, care about others, and take the initiative to serve the collective.
  3. Have a correct labor view and good labor habits, actively participate in various labor and social practice activities, and have the spirit of hard work.
  4. Abide by discipline and law, abide by social morality, have the courage to carry out criticism and self-criticism, and dare to fight against bad phenomena.
  5. Have a correct aesthetic outlook and healthy life taste.

(2) Good Study

  1. Have clear learning goals, correct learning attitude, and pay attention to giving play to their own strengths and creative spirit.
  2. Have good learning habits and learning methods, and excellent academic performance. The requirement for "excellent performance" is: the total score of each subject ranks in the top 30% of the total number of students in the grade, and the single subject score is not lower than the average score of the grade.

(3) Good Health

  1. Adhere to physical exercise and actively participate in indoor and outdoor cultural and sports activities.
  2. Have good hygiene habits and be physically and mentally healthy.
  3. Meet the physical exercise standards and have a physical education score of 80 points or more (except for students who are exempt from physical education due to illness or disability).

2. Selection Conditions for "Excellent Student Cadres"

(1) Students who can be awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Student Cadres" must be members (including alternate members) and directors of the school Youth League Committee, Student Union, Science and Technology Association, and Association Federation; members and alternate members of the grade Youth League General Branch and grade student branch; members of the class committee and Youth League branch; and particularly excellent subject representatives and group leaders.

(2) Meet the conditions of "good ideological and moral character" and "good health" of three good students, and have good academic performance (total score and single subject score enter the top 60% of the grade).

(3) Enthusiastic about serving the class and students, have strong working ability and certain mass prestige. Can actively, proactively and independently complete the social work undertaken.

(4) Play a leading role in various activities.

3. Selection Conditions for "Active Molecules for Creating Three Goods"

(1) Basically meet the conditions for three good students (2) Most of the academic performance is excellent, and some of the performance is good. (3) Students who have outstanding deeds inside and outside the school and have been commended can also be selected as "Active Molecules for Creating Three Goods".

Chapter III Selection Methods

  1. Recommendation. The recommendation work of various advanced individuals is presided over by the head teacher. The basic procedure of recommendation is: class students (at least 90%) elect candidates by secret ballot (the number of candidates should exceed the number of places to be evaluated); class students elect various advanced individuals from the candidates according to requirements; the head teacher solicits opinions from subject teachers on the candidates; the head teacher presides over the class committee meeting to discuss and approve the recommended candidates; the recommended candidates are posted (publicized) in the class to listen to everyone's opinions; the candidates generated through the above procedures are reported to the school Moral Education Office.

  2. Preliminary review. The school entrusts the Moral Education Office to conduct a preliminary review of the students reported by each class against the selection conditions of various advanced individuals, and put forward preliminary review opinions to the school administration.

  3. Final review. According to the proposal of the Moral Education Office, the principal presides over the administrative meeting to discuss the preliminary review opinions of the Moral Education Office, make corresponding decisions on commending advanced individuals, and finally the principal signs the commendation decision.

  4. For various advanced individuals who have been commended, if it is found that there is fraud in the recommendation and review process, or if they have made mistakes above the demerit punishment during their study in the school after being commended, their honorary titles will be canceled. The decision to cancel the honorary title shall be made by the principal's office meeting and shall be notified in writing to the student and parents.

Chapter IV Reward Methods

  1. The school will hold a naming and commendation meeting for all kinds of advanced individuals, issue certificates and prizes, and notify the parents of the commendation results and record them in the student files.

  2. Select district and municipal advanced individuals from them.

  3. Priority to participate in various visits, summer (winter) camp activities organized by the school.

  4. Priority to recommend commended students to higher-level schools.
