Routine Management System for Boarding Students' Dormitories of Chengdu Shishi Tianfu Middle School, Sichuan Province

I. Daily Behavior Standard Management System for Boarding Students

  1. Be civilized, polite, speak kindly, behave elegantly, treat others politely, consciously resist uncivilized language and behavior, establish noble moral qualities, respect each other, care for each other, help each other, encourage each other, and make progress together among dormitory classmates.

  2. Consciously abide by the management system, be punctual for exercises, classes, noon breaks, lights out, evening rest, and assembly activities, get up on time, do morning exercises, and eat. During school, do not leave the school gate without permission. If there are special circumstances, you must go through the leave procedures. Return to school on time from 5:00-6:30 pm on Sunday (or the last day of the holiday).

  3. Do not enter other people's apartments and dormitories, and do not enter the opposite sex students' apartment buildings.

  4. During noon break and evening rest time, only sleep on your own bed, and do not accommodate non-dormitory personnel. Do not leave the dormitory early without the approval of the life management teacher (special circumstances must go through the leave procedures); do not talk during noon break and evening rest time, do not use flashlights, emergency lights, listen to songs, answer phone calls, make phone calls, and send text messages that affect sleep, and do not affect others' rest.

  5. Cherish others' items, respect others' personality, do not play pranks among classmates; when conflicts occur between classmates, do more self-criticism, and report problems directly to the life management teacher.

  6. Do a good job in fire prevention, immediately report fire, facility safety hazards, and suspicious personnel. Do not privately pull wires and replace light bulbs without permission; do not use power strips, all electrical appliances and controlled knives; do not climb over walls, jump windows, cross bars, and do not do high-altitude dangerous actions.

  7. No one is allowed to bring inflammable, explosive, highly toxic, corrosive, fragile and other dangerous goods into the apartment. If illegal goods and contraband are found in the apartment, they should be reported immediately. Life guidance teachers or school on-duty personnel must take effective measures.

  8. Do not smoke, drink or gamble; do not fight, do not bully the weak; do not do things that hurt others; do not fight, make noise, or make noise in public places; do not do sports activities in the apartment building.

  9. Do not circulate unhealthy books and pictures; do not preach unhealthy stories; do not listen to or sing unhealthy songs; do not watch unhealthy videos; do not disclose others' privacy.

  10. Cherish others' items, respect others' personality. Properly keep personal belongings and do not rummage through others' items. Do not scribble, draw, paint, paste, or kick shoe prints on walls, floors, doors, cabinets, windows, tables, beds, chairs, and personal items.

  11. The bedding should be folded neatly, keep personal items and public items clean, placed neatly at designated places, and put back to their original places after use.

  12. Dress neatly, do not be bare-armed, and pay attention to personal image.

  13. Consciously do a good job in cleaning and maintenance, keep the environment clean, do not spit anywhere, do not litter, pour, or discard waste (water); open windows for ventilation every day.

  14. Practice economy, do not waste water and electricity, turn off the lights when leaving the dormitory, and turn off the water immediately after washing. Eat civilized, do not leave or pour leftovers.

  15. All members of the dormitory obey the duty arrangement of the dormitory leader, work hard, and strive to create a "civilized dormitory". Listen to the guidance of the life management teacher, actively cooperate with the management of the student apartment, to ensure good living and disciplinary order.

  16. Boarding students implement a trial living system, with a trial period of one month. If they violate the boarding student management regulations many times during the trial period and are not suitable for boarding, their boarding qualification will be canceled.

  17. Do not stay out at night, do not stay out without leave; do not顶撞 or insult life guidance teachers.

II. Apartment Management Regulations

Those who violate the discipline of boarding students will be criticized and educated for minor violations, and disciplined for serious violations. Those who have any of the following behaviors (cancel boarding qualification for one month for the first time, cancel boarding qualification for this semester for the second time, and permanently cancel boarding qualification for serious cases).

  1. Smoking, drinking, playing cards and other activities that do not conform to middle school students in the dormitory;

  2. Bring controlled knives and other prohibited items into the dormitory, participate in gambling and other illegal activities in various forms in the dormitory;

  3. Participate in fights, instigate, provoke, or invite others to fight;

  4. Steal others' property;

  5. Violate electricity safety, turn on the power switch without permission after lights out, have illegal use of electricity, burn paper scraps, make firewood, burn kerosene, alcohol and other behaviors;

  6. Climb over walls and windows to enter and exit the dormitory;

  7. Leave school without permission at night, stay out at night;

  8. Boys and girls associate too closely, randomly enter and exit boys and girls' dormitories;

  9. Still make phone calls, play with mobile phones after going to bed and do not listen to dissuasion, with bad attitude;

  10. Insult, threaten, or disrespect dormitory management personnel, with bad attitude;

  11. Three or more (including three) times of not getting up on time, not going to bed on time, not leaving the dormitory on time;

  12. The internal hygiene is not done or does not meet the standards, the life teacher calls back to redo it, and the dormitory that fails to meet the standards three times during the semester;

  13. For safety, students are not allowed to lock the dormitory door or toilet door at any time, and are warned three times and do not listen (if the responsible person cannot be found in the dormitory, each member of the dormitory will be recorded as a violation once).

III. Daily Life Process of Boarding Students

  1. Leaving Dormitory and Dining

Get up: 6:40-7:15; Breakfast: 7:05-7:25; Morning self-study: 7:30.

(1) After the morning wake-up bell rings, get up immediately, organize internal affairs as required, the dormitory duty begins to work, each dormitory arranges cadres on duty, take turns on duty, and do a good job in cleaning the "three packages in front of the door", stairs and other areas.

(2) Wash in the toilet of the dormitory building, pay attention to maintaining public hygiene, and save water.

(3) Wash supplies must be placed neatly in the room according to regulations, towels folded and placed at designated places, toothbrushes placed in the mouth cup, head up, keep the room clean and unified.

(4) Arrange the bed, clothes, etc., require the mosquito net to be hung uniformly, hang the commonly used mosquito net hooks in front of the door at the same height, fold the quilt into a military quilt, put it on one end of the ladder, put the pillow neatly on the other end, the sheet should be flat, and shoes should be placed in the shoe cabinet under the bed. All personal clothes, shoes and hats in the room must be placed in the cabinet and cannot be placed at will.

(5) Get up quickly to wash, do not run when going up and down stairs, be careful of slippery floors, and pay attention to safety.

(6) When eating, observe the canteen order and listen to the arrangement of the life teacher and on-duty teacher.

  1. Classes, Extracurricular Activities

(1) Students should actively participate in extracurricular activities and must not leave the team and return to the dormitory without permission.

(2) If there are special circumstances to return to the dormitory, a leave slip signed by the head teacher is required.

  1. Noon Break and Evening Rest

(1) Go to bed on time, and immediately turn off the lights to rest after hearing the noon break and evening rest music.

(2) During noon break, all students must lie down for noon break, and must not do anything that hinders others' rest, and must not accommodate non-dormitory personnel.

  1. Evening Lights Out

(1) When returning to the dormitory in the evening, students should hurry up to wash and prepare for bed. Before going to bed, the life teacher will check the number, and timely report the list of students who have not returned to the dormitory to the dormitory supervisor, school on-duty personnel, and notify the head teacher and parents. After checking the number, students are not allowed to leave the dormitory.

(2) Junior high school boarding students turn off the lights at 22:10, senior high school grade 1 and grade 2 boarding students turn off the lights at 22:40, senior high school grade 3 boarding students turn off the lights at 23:05, and go to bed immediately after turning off the lights.

(3) Junior high school boarding students have parent contact time from 21:40-22:10, senior high school boarding students have parent contact time from 22:10-22:40, no phone calls after lights out, mobile phones are handed over to the head teacher for unified management after returning to school, and mobile phones are not allowed to be brought back to the dormitory.

(4) Pay attention to the safety of life and property when sleeping, and report to the life teacher in time if there are any problems.

IV. Leave System for Boarding Students

  1. If boarding students have particularly important things to go out during school, or cannot return to school on time, cannot return to the dormitory on time, cannot eat on time, cannot rest on time, cannot leave school on time, or leave school early, they must go through the leave procedures.

  2. Students who ask for leave to go out due to personal reasons should submit a written application, signed by parents (guardians) (or contact by phone), approved by the life management teacher, reviewed by the head teacher, and leave the school with a permission slip after approval by the Student Development Center.

  3. Students who go out for medical treatment due to illness must first provide a written certificate from the school doctor or hospital, approved by the life management teacher, reviewed by the head teacher, filed by the Student Development Center, and escorted to the hospital in contact with parents.

  4. If students cannot return to school on time, parents (guardians) should contact the life management teacher and head teacher to ask for leave through the leave APP.

  5. If you cannot eat on time, return to the dormitory on time, leave school on time or leave school early, the responsible person should report to the dormitory management department and timely notify the life management teacher, parents (guardians) and head teacher.

  6. Boarding students return to school on time, students' parents (guardians) cannot return to school early without contacting the life management teacher in advance.

  7. Students who leave school without permission (abnormal means) or do not arrive on time (without asking for leave) or return to school early will be investigated by the school, given disciplinary punishment or revoked boarding qualification as appropriate. Students who have accidents during going out shall be responsible for themselves.

Application process for boarding students: advance collection of boarding application form → student and parent signature → submission of application form → filing with the Student Development Center.

Leave process for boarding students: parents inform the head teacher and life teacher by phone or text message and apply for leave on the leave APP → head teacher and life teacher confirm on Lepei APP → returning students cancel leave at the head teacher and life teacher.

V. Student Internal Affairs Arrangement Standards

Cultivating students' good behavioral qualities and living habits is the content of comprehensively promoting quality education. The internal affairs standards of the dormitory are the basis for daily internal affairs management of the dormitory.

  1. The bed is required to be flat, standard, and free of redundant items

(1) The quilt is placed on one side of the middle escalator, the pillow is placed on the opposite side, the sheet is flat, and no other items can be placed on the bed.

(2) Any clothes are placed in the wardrobe, not hung in the room or placed on the desk.

(3) Shoes are uniformly placed in the shoe cabinet under the bed, not placed elsewhere in the room.

  1. The writing desk and bookcase require consistent style and no dust

(1) Books on the bookshelf are arranged neatly according to height order;

(2) Stationery is placed in order on each layer, the desk and bookshelf are dust-free;

  1. Basins and buckets are uniformly placed under the washbasin.

  2. Garbage bins are covered with plastic bags and placed at the corner under the handrail of the balcony drying rack. The garbage thrown in at ordinary times should be removed in time to keep the room dry and clean.

  3. Keep the toilet clean, toothbrushes, cups, towels and other washing supplies are placed uniformly. The toilet is cleaned by the duty student, the toilet and basin are free of stains and odors; the floor and walls are free of stains.

  4. Personal internal affairs are arranged by oneself according to the norms, and the indoor public hygiene (including the toilet and garbage in the removal bag) is responsible by the duty student.

(1) Personal items should be placed neatly according to regulations. Books are placed on the bookshelf, other clothes are locked in the cabinet, valuables are managed by the life teacher, and bedding is sorted according to specifications.

(2) Washed clothes should be dried neatly at designated locations.

(3) Washing supplies should be placed neatly at designated locations.

VI. Detailed Rules for Evaluation of Boarding Students' Conduct

In order to implement the "Middle School Students' Moral Education Outline", better implement the "Middle School Students' Code" and "Middle School Students' Daily Behavior Standards", according to the spirit of the national "Opinions on the Evaluation of Students' Ideological and Moral Character", promote the cultivation of students' good moral quality and behavior habits, and ensure a good living order, this regulation is specially formulated.

(Ⅰ) Assessment Methods

  1. The evaluation of students' conduct is quantified. Each month, each semester, each student has a basic assessment score of 75 points. Points are added or subtracted according to different performances. The maximum score cannot exceed 100 points; the minimum score cannot be lower than 0 points. Those with a total score of 90 points or more at the end of the semester can be rated as excellent; 80-89 points can be rated as good; 70-80 points can be rated as qualified; those with less than 70 points will have their boarding qualification canceled.

  2. The conduct of boarding students is assessed by the life teacher, recorded daily and summarized weekly. At the end of the month and semester, the assessment results are reported to the head teacher. Students whose conduct is rated as excellent or failing in the semester must be submitted to the Education Department for approval.

(Ⅱ) Assessment Content for Civilized Dormitories

  1. Articles 1-10 of the Apartment Management Regulations, violation of any one will deduct 0.9 points from the dormitory.

  2. If the hygiene is not up to standard, 0.3 points will be deducted for each item, and each dormitory can deduct a maximum of 0.9 points per day.

  3. Not going to bed on time, talking during bedtime, 0.3 points will be deducted for one reminder, and each dormitory can deduct a maximum of 0.9 points per day for multiple reminders.

  4. Being late, 0.3 points will be deducted per person per time, and each dormitory can deduct a maximum of 0.9 points per day.
